FAQ

Questions, answered
before the green flag.

01

How far in advance should I book for the Indy 500?

As early as you can -- Race Weekend vehicles routinely sell out months ahead, and the operators who actually plan around the closures go first. If you are reading this in spring, call now. For weddings and peak conventions like Gen Con, book once your dates and venues are confirmed.

02

Do you handle the Indy 500 road closures?

Yes -- that is the whole point. We plan every race-day run around the Georgetown Road closure (south of 25th Street from 5 AM) and the 16th Street closure (from about noon), stage at a fixed rally point outside the closure ring, and hold a meet point for the post-race exit, which can be held up to an hour after the checkered flag.

03

What size groups can you move?

Anywhere from one rider in an executive sedan to 50-plus in a motorcoach, and larger with coordinated multiple vehicles. Our free Indy Event Transport Planner sizes the right vehicle for your headcount, including multi-vehicle splits for big groups.

04

Which Indianapolis events do you serve?

Indy 500 and IMS race weekends, conventions at the Indiana Convention Center including Gen Con, weddings, Colts games at Lucas Oil Stadium, Pacers and Fever games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, corporate travel, IND airport transfers, and nights out on Mass Ave and in Broad Ripple.

05

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Limo Service Indianapolis is an Indiana-licensed, fully insured chauffeured carrier serving the Indianapolis metro, working the city since 2014.

06

How do I get a quote or book?

Book online in real time with the widget on our booking page, or call dispatch with your event, date, headcount, and pick-up area. The desk that plans the run answers the phone -- you will get a straight answer, not a callback queue.

07

Do you do IND airport pickups?

Yes. We run executive sedans and SUVs for Indianapolis International (IND) transfers from $110, with flight tracking and meet-and-greet at baggage claim built into every airport run.

08

How much does Indianapolis limo service cost?

A chauffeured sedan starts from $110 for an IND airport transfer and about $120 per hour on a 3-hour minimum; SUVs, stretch limos, Sprinters, and coaches scale up from there. Every fare is all-in -- gratuity, tax, and card processing included -- with no surge.
