Georgetown Road closes south of 25th Street at 5:00 AM and 16th Street closes from about noon, and the Speedway lots are not released until the pedestrian crowd clears -- up to an hour after the checkered flag. Our dispatch stages at a fixed rally point outside the closure ring, times the drop so the walk-in is manageable, and holds a meet point for the exit that is not buried in the post-race release.

Conventions, games, and everything downtown
Downtown Indianapolis is dense on event weekends. The Indiana Convention Center connects under one roof to Lucas Oil Stadium and a record twelve hotels, and Gen Con alone pours 70,000-plus attendees into the core. We size Sprinters and coaches to your room block, target the closest open entrance to your hall, and stage early at peak arrival so a group is never dispatched into the rush.
For game days we use stadium- and arena-adjacent meet points -- Lucas Oil Stadium for the Colts, Gainbridge Fieldhouse for the Pacers and Fever -- that clear faster than the curb outside the gates.
